Refund Policy

Coaching should be a great fit. Here is exactly how refunds work if it is not.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your coaching purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email mpr82@georgetown.edu or call or text (914) 450-9373 and we will take care of it right away.

3. Free trials and cancellations

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, so you are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your checkout confirmation email or by contacting us, and you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for.

4. What happens next

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within five to ten business days, and we will confirm the details with you.
